The 1st Adult team of SV Friedrichstadt dominated the home match against SV Berl. Brauereien VI in the Bezirksliga D and won convincingly with 8:2 points. Already the two doubles went smoothly to us: Fahrner and Nicklaus won their match 11:2, 11:8, 11:3, while Wießler and Sander also cruised to victory with 11:5, 11:6, 11:6. In the first singles round, Marius Fahrner demonstrated his class with three set wins against Ermilov (11:7, 11:3, 8:11, 11:4), and Felix Nicklaus also defeated his opponent Rosenbaum in a thrilling five-set battle (11:1, 11:6, 11:13, 11:13, 11:9). In the second singles round, Fahrner once again won convincingly (11:9, 11:5, 14:12), while Nicklaus defeated Ermilov clearly with 11:4, 7:11, 11:9, 11:4. Only David Sander had to concede both his matches, but with a total of 8 points secured, the lead was already comfortably established.
