SV Friedrichstadt's 2nd men's team earned a well-deserved 6:4 victory in their away match against TTC Borussia Spandau IV in the District Class C. After an unlucky opening phase with losses in the first doubles and two of the first three singles matches, the team showed character: Majd Aljumaa shone with two dominant three-set wins (11:7, 11:3, 11:6 and 11:7, 4:11, 13:11, 11:8), while Oliver Prziwarka performed dominantly in the second singles round with 11:8, 11:8, 11:6. David Sander turned his five-set drama in his first match (4:11, 9:11, 11:2, 11:9, 11:7) in his favor and also defeated his opponent clearly in the second match with 11:8, 6:11, 11:7, 11:9. With this strong performance in the decisive matches, Friedrichstadt secured three of the final four singles points and turned around what had initially been a critical situation.
